Firstly, Paul Swartz joins Atlas Travel as Executive Vice President of Business Development. A recognized industry veteran, Swartz brings decades of expertise in sales and business development and is poised to lead initiatives that will elevate Atlas Travel’s sales culture.

Kerin McKinnon has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Global and Strategic Partnerships. With her extensive industry experience and success in cultivating strategic partnerships, McKinnon will play a pivotal role in advancing Atlas Travel’s market position. She will also serve as the new Board Chair of the Travel and Meeting Society (TAMS), a position in which she will leverage her expertise to advance the travel industry.

In parallel with these leadership changes, Atlas Travel has implemented innovative upgrades to its contact center, emphasizing enhanced customer service through advanced technology. Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), the upgraded system analyzes customer intent, urgency and sentiment in real-time, enabling agents to provide faster, more accurate solutions.

Additionally, the integration of a Recommendations Engine, developed in collaboration with Prime Numbers Technology, a travel analytics company and a division of Atlas Travel & Technology Group, further streamlines the booking process by suggesting tailored travel options based on client preferences and past bookings.
