Kerin McKinnon has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Global and Strategic Partnerships. She will also serve as the new Board Chair of the Travel and Meeting Society (TAMS), a position in which she will leverage her expertise to advance the travel industry.

Leveraging artificial intelligence (AI), the upgraded system analyzes customer intent, urgency and sentiment in real-time, enabling agents to provide faster, more accurate solutions.
Additionally, the integration of a Recommendations Engine, developed in collaboration with Prime Numbers Technology, a travel analytics company and a division of Atlas Travel & Technology Group, further streamlines the booking process by suggesting tailored travel options based on client preferences and past bookings.
