TAMS Ignite 2025 was a resounding success – reaffirming its place as a premier forum for bold ideas and transformative conversations within the corporate travel industry!

Hosted recently on March 31 through April 1, this year’s conference was distinct not only for its thoughtfully curated sessions but also for its intimate format, designed to spark meaningful dialogue, real-time problem-solving and deeper professional connections.

As a proud sponsor of the event, Atlas Travel was honored to contribute to this dynamic environment, supporting both programming and exclusive networking experiences that helped set the tone for the days ahead.

From a welcome breakfast at the opening reception to our early morning yoga wellness session, our organization was excited to help attendees begin each day feeling energized, connected and ready to engage at this year's conference.

Unlike larger-scale events that often trade depth for volume, TAMS Ignite thrives by intentionally keeping its audience focused and its programming agile. The result is an experience that allows travel leaders to collaborate more directly on pressing issues such as artificial intelligence (AI), accessibility, risk management, NDC, hotel strategy and meetings management.

One of the most notable outcomes this year was the collective pivot toward a more progressive operational model. Sessions were rooted in application, not just theory, with a strong emphasis on how emerging tools like AI are already reshaping the way we manage, communicate and execute within business travel.

The feedback from participants was overwhelmingly positive. Attendees praised the balance between learning and networking, the quality of the subject matter experts and the conference’s unique ability to foster fresh insights in a relaxed, discussion-driven setting.

Several members of the Atlas Travel team attended TAMS Ignite 2025 and shared what resonated most with them:

“I particularly enjoyed the immersive breakouts, as they provided a unique opportunity for small-group interaction with the presenters, making the experience feel more personalized and engaging. While every session offered valuable insights, I especially enjoyed learning more about the structured approach to crafting AI prompts and how it can optimize outcomes. Additionally, learning about how Hippo Videos can enhance sales and marketing strategies was a real eye-opener!”
 – Elaine Osgood, Atlas Travel & Technology Group’s CEO

“The biggest highlight for me was (re)learning how critical it is to continue advancing accessibility in travel. There was an amazing session surrounding new and upcoming travel innovations and services for those with disabilities, both visible and invisible. Travel can be stressful enough as it is, so it's important we work to eliminate the barriers that prevent individuals from traveling comfortably, safely or at all.”
 – Dan McAuliffe, Atlas Travel & Technology Group’s Vice President

“I enjoyed every minute of TAMS, from the engaging discussions with the board to the final networking break. FOBO (the fear of becoming obsolete) really resonated with me. AI is clearly here to stay and embracing it is essential to remain relevant. I found the AI sessions particularly informative and have already started applying what I learned. The immersive breakout on accessibility also opened my eyes to the needs of disabled travelers.”
 – JoAnn Zebniak, Atlas Travel’s Business Development Director

“I was very enlightened and a bit sad to learn about the lack of accessibility options for people with physical limitations and the need for equipment adaptation in commercial aircraft. Most public bus transit has dedicated wheelchair sections; meanwhile, commercial airplanes do not accommodate wheelchairs or have adapted restrooms. It was encouraging, however, to hear what Boeing and other aircraft manufacturers are working on to improve accessibility in future designs.”
 – Coleen Sloane, Atlas Travel’s Senior Program Manager

Looking ahead, TAMS organizers are exploring the possibility of hosting the next Ignite event at a university campus, further reinforcing the conference’s mission to be not just a meeting of minds, but a center of industry learning and growth.

As the corporate travel ecosystem continues to evolve, platforms like TAMS Ignite remain essential. They bring together voices from across the industry to collaborate, challenge assumptions and co-create the future. Atlas Travel is proud to have been part of this year’s journey and looks forward to supporting what comes next.
