# ATTG 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility Report

Atlas Travel & Technology Group (ATTG) is proud to announce the release of our 2024 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, which outlines our company-wide environmental, ethical and philanthropic goals and achievements, and underscores our ongoing commitment to our clients, employees, stakeholders and community.
The 2024 CSR Report highlights the many ways ATTG is driving impact across our organization and the meaningful progress we’ve made through our six key CSR anchors:
- Our Company & Approach
- Governance – Integrity & Compliance
- Principles – People & Practices
- Sustainability
- Service Performance
- Charity & Community Support
Here are some of our standout achievements from last year:
- 🌍 Our continued recertification as the first North American B Corp-certified travel management company.
- 🧠The successful launch of our eClassroom learning platform, delivering over 1,000 hours of training and onboarding 17 new team members in the first five months.
- 💡 The evolution of our SAFE security awareness program and our commitment to data privacy across all platforms.
- 🌱 New sustainability initiatives, including a summer Beach Clean-Up and Earth Day engagement challenge.
- 🎖️ A 56% drop in voluntary turnover, thanks in part to our rewards and recognition platform powered by Nectar.
We also continued to support charitable initiatives close to our hearts, from Ronald McDonald House to Knock Knock Give a Sock. Additionally, through our new Volunteer PTO program our employees logged 166 hours of volunteer time, a testament to the generosity of the ATTG team.

As we look toward the future, we remain focused on expanding our sustainability goals, investing in employee development and continuing to elevate the client experience through personalized service and technology-driven innovation.
