Atlas Travel & Technology Group (ATTG) is proud to announce the release of its 2025 Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Report, highlighting the progress we've made over the past year across governance, employee development, sustainability, service excellence and community engagement.
The report reflects our ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and creating lasting value for our clients, employees, partners and the communities we serve. Here are some highlights from the 2025 report:
π₯ Investing in Our People
Our employees are at the heart of everything we do. In 2025, we delivered 2,136 hours of learning across 447 unique courses, expanded employee wellness initiatives and celebrated 3,022 employee shoutouts through our Stand Out recognition program powered by Nectar.
π‘οΈ Governance, Privacy & Responsible Business
Responsible business starts with accountability. In 2025, ATTG joined B Tourism, a global network of B Corp-certified and conscious travel organizations, and was recognized as a Top Member by PACT for its commitment to sustainable tourism and child protection.
We also maintained our focus on cybersecurity and data privacy, achieving 100% completion of fraud prevention training while continuing compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Frameworks.
π Sustainability in Action
Sustainability remained a priority throughout 2025. We expanded environmentally preferred purchasing, increased transparency through COβ emissions visibility in Concur Travel, celebrated Earth Day's "Our Power, Our Planet" initiative with our employee Walk Around the World challenge and partnered with JetBlue for Good to support a shoreline cleanup at Castle Island.
π Innovation with Purpose
Innovation remained a key focus throughout the year. The report highlights the continued development of Roam, our AI-powered travel booking and payment platform, along with new technologies designed to improve efficiency while maintaining a thoughtful and responsible approach to artificial intelligence.
β€οΈ Supporting Our Communities
Giving back continues to be a core part of our culture. In 2025, employees volunteered their time, supported charitable organizations and participated in fundraising efforts that included raising $2,735 for Boston Children's Hospital, donating more than 200 pairs of socks through our Knock Knock Give a Sock campaign and contributing to disaster relief efforts across the country.
β Service Excellence
Delivering exceptional service remains our highest priority. In 2025, 92.9% of travelers rated our advisor-assisted booking service as good or excellent, while 88.8% rated our online booking experience positively, reflecting our ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional traveler experiences.
