End of Year Message from ATTG CEO Elaine

As we begin setting priorities for the new year, I’d like to take a moment to review and celebrate Atlas Travel & Technology Group’s accomplishments throughout 2017.

Five years ago, when many travel management companies our size decided to sell to mega-agencies, we chose to invest in ATTG. I’m proud to say that, over the past five years, we have developed a strong foundation on which we continue to grow and prosper. Our goal is to remain competitive by continually investing in our infrastructure and programs, which will translate to greater service for you.

In 2018, our four key business pillars will continue to guide our growth. From a sales perspective, we’re aiming for a 38% increase company-wide. While a challenging target, I believe it is definitely achievable. Over the years, ATTG has become the home of this industry’s top professionals, and there isn’t anything our team can’t accomplish when we work together.

In an industry such as ours, client satisfaction is the largest measure of a company’s success. Our commitment to you is unwavering, and we will continue to prioritize your satisfaction above all else throughout 2018!

This past year, we made some significant updates in order to better serve you. One of the most notable changes was our move from Milford to our new headquarters in Marlborough. The new office is spacious and structured in a way that promotes greater internal communication and collaboration; it is also the perfect space to host meetings with you, our clients. If you haven’t had the opportunity to visit the new headquarters in 2017, we’d love to host you in 2018!

With all the threats to data security in today’s world, we’ve dedicated numerous resources to ensure the safety of your data. Our SAFE (Security Awareness is For Everyone) program ensures that all our employees, regardless of job function, understand and implement security best practices. In addition, ATTG is not only a PCI Compliant organization, but also certified through Privacy Shield. Looking forward, we’re preparing for the General Data Protection Regulation, which will take effect in May.

We are proud of our sister company, Prime Number Technology and all the new programs and enhancements they delivered in 2017. This includes Prime Services, which builds upon the analytics and benchmarking tools many of you currently benefit from. The insights from Prime’s data have proved to be invaluable in managing a travel program.

There is much more I could say about ATTG’s accomplishments in 2017 and our excitement and plans for the new year. However, at this time I want to thank you, our customers, for your business and your partnership. I especially want to thank you for the ongoing feedback you provide, which makes us a better company. We appreciate your loyalty and friendship and look forward to being of service to you for many years to come.
