Announcing: Gala Event Production by Atlas Travel!

As a TMC, it is important that Atlas Travel can anticipate and provide for all our client’s needs. Oftentimes, business travel needs coincide with corporate meetings and events. When this occurs, our clients have the opportunity to work with a specialized team of meeting professionals.

Atlas Travel’s Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Events (MICE) division is composed of dedicated events professionals with over twenty years of collective experience. Recently, the MICE team has expanding their impressive professional repertoire to include gala event production.

Cerebral Affair Gala

In September, the MICE team will be organizing the Lisa Colagrossi Foundation’s second Cerebral Affair Gala Dinner. Atlas is thrilled to be managing the gala again this year after producing the Foundation’s inaugural event last year.

Lisa Colagrossi, an ABC-TV news anchor in New York City, died from a brain aneurysm in 2015. To prevent others from suffering similarly, her husband established the Foundation in her memory. He has made it his life work’s to raise awareness about brain aneurysms and their warning signs.

Funds raised at the Cerebral Affair Gala Dinner will support brain aneurysm research and provide financial assistance for patients. To ensure that the event is a success, Atlas’ MICE team will be managing all aspects of the event. MICE will arrange all elements of guest experience, including venue décor, food and beverage services, and auction management. Atlas will also be responsible for the behind-the-scenes needs, including audio-visual set-up, stage management, and ticket pricing.

Catherine Violet Hubbard Foundation’s Inaugural Fundraising Gala

Later in the year, the Catherine Violet Hubbard Foundation will host its inaugural fundraising event, which Atlas is thrilled to be producing.

Catherine Violent Hubbard was one of the children killed in the Sandy Hook school shooting in 2012. While only six years old, Catherine had a passion for animals. To honor her compassion and love for nature, her parents started the Foundation in 2013.

The Foundation’s gala fundraising event will support the realization of Catherine’s dream: an animal sanctuary. To ensure the gala’s success, the Atlas team will be providing full event logistics and production support. The event will be a custom affair, as the venue will be built on nearby farmland.

The MICE team and Atlas at large are honored to be partnering with these wonderful foundations, and we’re looking forward to this new chapter in gala event services!
