Elaine’s Message as We Close Out 2016

Elaine Reviews 2016 and Looks Ahead to 2017

This time of year is always so exciting for me not only to look back and celebrate our accomplishments at Atlas Travel & Technology Group but also to think about all the potential opportunities for the year to come.

2016 marked Atlas’ 30th year in business, a milestone that we are very proud of. Our growth and success over the years would not have been possible without our dedicated, professional staff and our strong client and vendor partnerships. We completed many new initiatives in 2016 under the direction of our President, Lea Cahill, including the development of custom API’s (TripRequest, TripStatus and TripDetail), and were once again ranked in the top ten on the list of Top Women-Led Businesses in Massachusetts. For the second year in a row, Atlas Travel Vacations & Cruises won the Highest Growth Award at the Ensemble Travel Group Conference and our Meetings & Incentive division provided event production for the Lisa Colagrossi Foundation’s first annual gala in New York City. Our sister organization, Prime Numbers Technology, released Contract Monitoring and hired Mark Bresnahan, VP and General Manager, to lead the company’s future direction.

We are closing out this year of accomplishments, improvements and continued strategic growth excited to enter 2017, a year which will bring much anticipated change for ATTG.

In 2017 we will be undergoing a telephony and communications upgrade. This upgrade will transform our agents into multi-media experts revolutionizing how they are able to communicate and collaborate with our clients through an integrated suite of services. This enhanced ACD system will include email, web chat and SMS/text messaging capabilities all accessed via a single unified solution – making every interaction efficient and productive ensuring easier travel and better program management. With an integrated analytics and reporting platform, it allows the management and analysis of data from all parts of the system.

We are also excited to announce that we are moving our Atlas Travel & Technology Group headquarters to Marlborough, Massachusetts in March. Our new office is an open concept floor plan and will help foster more collaboration and provide additional training and meeting space. While it will be strange to leave Milford, Massachusetts after 30 years, we are very excited for this change and look forward to hosting clients and vendors in our new digs.

We appreciate your loyal partnership, and look forward to what 2017 will bring. Wishing you a happy, healthy and prosperous new year.

All the best,

Elaine J. Osgood
