We’re very excited to announce that Atlas Travel has been nominated to participate in Social Madness, Boston Business Journal’s first ever corporate social networking competition. The competition measures the growth of participants’ followers and fans on social sites like Facebook. Atlas is competing against companies of similar size (100-499 full-time employees) in the Greater Boston area, and will be ranked based on a scoring algorithm that measures social influence.
Starting June 1, you can vote for Atlas by doing any of the following:
- Liking Atlas Travel’s new corporate Facebook page
- Following Atlas on Twitter
- Following Atlas Travel’s company page on LinkedIn
- Casting a vote on www.socialmadness.com.
*Note: When casting a vote on www.socialmadness.com, “Select your company’s city to get started,” and select Boston. Then, click on the center tab for “Medium Companies 100-499 employees,” and you’ll see Atlas Travel where you can click “Vote.”
The competition then narrows to a bracket challenge, and winners go on to state and national levels. The three national champions will identify charities of their choice to receive $7,500 from American City Business Journals.
Our nomination to Social Madness is an exciting step in Atlas Travel’s move towards “social.” All friends of Atlas – clients, suppliers, and industry partners alike – are invited and encouraged to show their support by casting their vote and following us on the social networking sites listed above for updates and more information.
